To provide clothing solutions for people with limited mobility or disability to give them the Dignity and Comfort they deserve.   To increase the awareness of the value of our Elders, their knowledge, skills and their history.   To work towards improving conditions and quality of life for our seniors and people with disability.

When I started looking for Special Care Clothing for Mum, I didn't know where to start. I looked at several websites & was lucky enough to come across Yvonne @ Special Care Clothing Solutions. 

Not only did she help with the correct sizing but gave me advice on fabrics & colours for a new range of clothing & nightwear for Mum. 
I can't recommend Yvonne highly enough. She has created a lovely range of aged care clothing for our loved ones who are in too much pain to be able to dress in the manner they once did. Her clothing line is also for people with disabilities who have difficulty dressing.

I purchased special clothes for my mother living in an aged care centre - pjs, pants, short and long sleeve tops - from Yvonne and had good feedback from the care staff.   I can vouch the clothes are well worth the purchase for comfort, ease of dressing and longevity in the material quality.   Yvonne's products are pre-tested in care facility laundering.  The bonus was I was able to visit Yvonne's premises to choose the clothes best suited to mum's needs, rather than only being able to purchase online.  I was very grateful I could visit Yvonne to see her range.   It is good to support small businesses and promote proven services to other families in need.   
Yvonne also involves herself in community service for the aged / people with disaility and her effots are recognised with awards.  Her interests started in comfortable clothing because of her mother whilst in aged care.

Hello Yvonne,

I am sending this with some sad news of the death of my mother, in October this year.

I wanted you to know that the last dress I bought from you in June this year, a blue floral cotton dress, was Mums favourite.  The colour was very different to all her other dresses and really lit up her face. 

She told me soon after I gave it to her that she wanted to be buried in it.  I dismissed this as I had no plans to lose her in the near future.  However she kept it for special days and so it was still very beautiful when she died and I followed her wishes and had her buried in it.

Thank you for your service in the past, those dresses helped Mum greatly when it came to dressing and undressing with the minimum of pain and discomfort.
